Car Wash Site CEO & Growth Leader (General Manager)

ModWash is seeking a General Manager in Youngstown, OH to act as the CEO of the site, driving profitability, culture, and guest satisfaction. You will own P&L, recruit and develop a winning team, and make real-time decisions to optimize operations and safety.

This role requires leadership with an ownership mindset and accountability for results. You’ll lead labor, revenue, and expenses, protect the brand, and continuously improve site performance while upholding ModWash standards and community
