Shift Manager

Shift Manager Join to apply for the Shift Manager role at McDonald’s . This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Help assigned departments meet their targets. Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
