The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer, responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to achieve high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Skills & Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, enjoy a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong team‑building and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr.
