Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Comfortable with and experienced in delivering teletherapy services
• Familiarity with school-based programs, IEP processes, and documentation requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and digital competency
• Prior experience in educational environments is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address unique communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in person and via teletherapy
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
• Adapt therapy modalities to suit remote or on-site environments as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding student care
