GFD Program Director, Data Analytics

Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of existing Data Analytics curricula and lead curriculum redevelopment to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices. Oversee online Data Analytics bachelor’s degree programs and related courses. Mentor, evaluate, and coach adjunct faculty; recruit and train new faculty; maintain GFD online adjunct training. Manage Canvas faculty course sites: approve syllabi and course sites, oversee assessment tools. Attend regular GFD team meetings; work closely with other Program Directors, Associate Dean, Program Coordinator, Registrar, Admissions, and Enrollment staff to support program excellence. Teach an online course load of 6‑9 credits over an 11‑month academic year. Demonstrate Christian leadership and serve as a role model to students through actions, words, and lifestyle. Communicate effectively and courteously with employees, students, and the public in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and customer service. Demonstrate experience working cross‑culturally with respect, appreciation, and humility. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree. Relevant professional experience in Data Analytics that informs future‑thinking curriculum design, program oversight, and faculty mentoring, with alignment to industry standards. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a sustained commitment to continuous improvement. Strong understanding of best practices in online teaching and learning; ability to teach and model these methods for affiliated faculty, particularly during onboarding. Ability to manage a large group of remote faculty, providing timely professional development and ensuring consistent instructional quality for diverse student populations. Conceptual understanding of andragogy to craft curriculum for adult learners. Exceptional communication skills; ability to function effectively as part of a highly collaborative team.
