Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Lead Team to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant - Lead Team, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Lead Team

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $30

Shift: 8-5 with an hour lunch or 7-4 (flexible hours available)

What's the Job?

• Support the leadership team by organizing meetings, schedules, and administrative duties
• Assist with all administrative tasks including email management, document preparation, and light purchasing
• Help coordinate and schedule events and meetings with all members of the leadership team
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) to create reports, presentations, and communicate effectively
• Draft newsletters, announcements, and employee information bulletins to keep staff informed and engaged

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience supporting executive leadership is preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in writing and verbally
• Highly organized with a creative approach to problem-solving
