• Director-qualified credentials
• Leadership experience in early childhood education

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership instincts - and the courage to make tough calls with limited information
• A genuine passion for getting education right through Montessori pedagogy

Bonus Points If You Have

• Hands-on teaching experience in an early childhood education setting
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method - or a Montessori certification
