As a Home Care Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency—building strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, educating families on care options, and helping seniors remain safely and independently at home. This is more than just a sales job—it’s a mission-driven opportunity to make a difference every single day.

What You'll Do:

· Develop and execute a local marketing and referral strategy

· Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities

· Conduct in-service presentations and community education events

· Respond quickly to referral inquiries and coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth service starts

· Maintain a database of leads, track referral trends, and report sales activity

· Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields (home care, hospice, home health, senior living, etc.)

· Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

· Self-starter with strong organization and time-management abilities

· Passion for working with seniors and families

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Knowledge of local healthcare systems and referral networks is a plus
