IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure initiatives, including cloud migrations, data center transformations, network upgrades, and server/storage implementations. The role requires strong coordination across technical teams, structured project governance, and excellent stakeholder management in Agile, SAFe, or Hybrid environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, data center initiatives, network upgrades, and server/storage implementations
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across network, compute, storage, security, and cloud domains
• Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure strict follow-up for accountability and timely delivery
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively drive risk and issue resolution
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation and delivery artifacts
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment readiness across dev, test, and production
• Lead cutover planning and execution with minimal business and operational impact
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards including security, compliance, and change management
• Provide clear and consistent status reporting to stakeholders on project health, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint reviews, PI planning inputs, or governance meetings as applicable
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery alignment with contractual scope and timelines
• Use tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in IT / Infrastructure Project Management
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects (cloud, data center, system upgrades, migrations)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud (Azure/AWS), networking, virtualization, servers, and storage
• Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery models
• Strong knowledge of change and release management processes in enterprise environments
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong ability to drive accountability, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery commitments
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
• Experience managing escalations, removing roadblocks, and driving cross-functional decisions

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated enterprise environments
• Exposure to SAFe practices such as PI Planning and program-level coordination
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management processes
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent
