Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the Dispatch team at our Zeeland, Michigan, location! Responsibilities Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion Meeting with the service operations team regularly Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Preferred Qualifications One to three years of administrative experience in a service-related business One to three years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
