Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing dedicated physical therapy services in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity offers immediate start through the end of the school year and is perfect for a passionate PT who enjoys working with children in PreK through 3rd grade.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Skill in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children
• Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in PreK-3rd grade as determined by IEPs and assessment
• Administer screenings, evaluations, and create individualized intervention plans
• Provide both direct and consultative support in the classroom or therapy setting
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatments, progress, and outcomes according to school requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, occupational and speech therapists, and families on student needs and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing assessment data and recommendations for services
• Adapt activities and materials to enhance participation in school routines and increase student independence
