Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rapha, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, maintaining a focus on client-centered care and therapeutic progress.

• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly, adhering to compliance and quality standards.

• Maintain communication with clients regarding their treatment goals, progress, and any adjustments needed in their therapy plans.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) that permits the provision of unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• Two or more years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
