Description Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction Improve machine performance, throughput, setup/changeover time, tool life, and process reliability Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to solve critical manufacturing issues Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, partnering with production, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers Support automation and process enhancement efforts across multiple manufacturing sites Promote a strong safety culture and help ensure compliance with plant safety standards Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7+ years of manufacturing experience 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement Experience with CNC machining, process optimization, quality systems, and time studies Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, controls, gauging, and mechanical/electrical systems Proficiency with CAD, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP systems such as SAP Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Comfortable in a hands-on plant environment with occasional travel to a second facility Job Offer Base salary $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience level Annual bonus incentive based on personal & company performance - 5-10% 3 weeks PTO + company holidays 5% 401k match AND profit share incentive Comprehensive health benefits through BCBS Tuition reimbursement opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
