Funciones de Puesto:

• Realizar tareas de resolucin de problemas estndar de baja complejidad.
• Resolver problemas tcnicos sencillos bajo supervisin.
• Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo: llevar a cabo las tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento preventivo de forma precisa y exhaustiva, bajo supervisin.
• Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad: Aplicar las normas; asegurar que los registros estn completos para garantizar la trazabilidad y el cumplimiento.
• Coordinacin de inventario y repuestos: Realizar el seguimiento y gestionar adecuadamente los repuestos, las herramientas y los consumibles.
• Apoyar las actividades bsicas de puesta en marcha bajo supervisin.
• Apoyo logstico: Colaborar en las solicitudes de presupuesto y de propuestas, as como en la coordinacin de piezas.
• Ofrecer asistencia de guardia: Atender incidencias urgentes relacionadas con el servicio durante los fines de semana y das festivos, segn sea necesario.
• Gestionar tareas complementarias: Realizar otras tareas delegadas por el Service Manager o el Area Lead.
• Cumplir con la matriz de roles y responsabilidades en materia de seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo (P14.130S-F01) y conocimiento en la materia de sostenibilidad y calidad segn indicado en la matriz.

Acadmica Grado Medio o Superior en Electricidad y/o Electrnica. Deseable Licenciatura y/o Grado Universitario, preferiblemente en Ingeniera Elctrica. Informtica Nivel profesional de paquete office, especialmente, en excel, experiencia en manejo con ERP, preferiblemente, SAP. Idiomas Domino del idioma de la zona asignada. De manera general, es deseable Ingls (B1)

What You'll Do As a Field Services Technician, you will be a critical part of our technical operations team, ensuring the optimal performance of our utility-scale solar and battery inverter systems. Your main duties will include:

• Commissioning & Start-Up Perform start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at photovoltaic plants. Ensure systems are configured and operating according to specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and repair inverter faults in the field. Replace components such as MV transformers, switchgear, electronic boards, AC/DC fuses, fans, and filters.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Conduct scheduled maintenance and updates (software/hardware). Follow safe start/stop procedures and warranty protocols.
• Field Reporting & Documentation Submit accurate daily field reports detailing work performed and time spent. Complete expense reports and maintain inventory of assigned parts.
• Customer Support & Safety Provide technical assistance and ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and company training standards.
• Asset Management Maintain and care for company property including vehicle, tools, devices, and PPE. Ensure proper installation of wiring and connections (Layer 1 responsibilities).
• Travel & Flexibility Travel as required based on operational needs across the U.S. Be available for emergency support and 24/7 service coverage when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Education or licenses : Journeyman or Master's Electrician license. Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience : Minimum 23 years in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Experience with solar inverters (desirable), MV equipment, and power electronics. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software updates.
• Certifications : OSHA, NFPA 70E, or similar safety certifications preferred.
• Soft Skills : Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Other : Valid driver's license. Work in outdoor environments.
