Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide recruitment expertise and impact the continued evolution of our TA function. In addition to leading a team of Recruiters, this Manager will lead full cycle recruitment efforts for experienced candidates across the organization, influence Athletico’s recruitment marketing initiatives, technology and system design, lead projects, and facilitate process improvements. This position will work collaboratively with business leaders across a highly dynamic company to meet workforce planning and hiring goals while understanding the competitive landscape.
