Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement Salary: $168,480 - $210,600 plus annual target bonusThis role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI)If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Lead a team of technical resources providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing facilities experiencing equipment downtime and automation-related issuesPartner with plant leadership, Operations Excellence, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiativesEvaluate equipment and production line performance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiencyFacilitate root cause analysis activities utilizing methodologies such as Breakdown Analysis (BDA), 5-Why, and FishboneSupport and troubleshoot plant automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs),Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial networks, and associated controls infrastructureOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience:Master’s DegreeBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
