We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify an HR Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and has a strong background in recruiting coordination, ATS administration, document management, and HR administration.
This role will work closely with HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience while maintaining compliance, supporting hiring initiatives, and keeping HR processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date
* Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration
* Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation
* Maintain confidential employee files and HR records while ensuring compliance
* Support HR administrative functions including employment verifications, personnel changes, and document management
* Coordinate background checks, onboarding requirements, and new hire logistics
* Assist with HR reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
* Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide an exceptional candidate experience
* Support ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives as needed
