About the Team: The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. You’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Your passion will shine when you share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery, giving voice to people’s loves. Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Be comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexibility for a schedule that ranges from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. Location: Connecticut. Pay: $16.94 per hour - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
