Capital Projects Superintendent

Chicago | Milwaukee | Madison We're looking for a Capital Projects Superintendent to help lead renovation and capital improvement projects across our portfolio of health clubs and sports facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building projects, coordinating people, and solving problems. You’ll work closely with our Capital Projects Manager, club leadership teams, and internal construction crews to help plan and execute projects while keeping facilities operating for members throughout construction. Responsibilities include: Construction sequencing and field coordination Management of self-performing carpenters, electricians, and tradespeople Project logistics, material deliveries, site protection, and project setup Contractor coordination and quality control Communication with club managers and operational departments Planning work around fitness programming, tennis, aquatics, childcare, and special events Coordination of overnight and off-hours work Maintaining safe, organized, and member-friendly project sites Our projects are different than traditional commercial construction. We renovate and improve active clubs while thousands of members continue to use the facilities. Success requires strong communication, planning, leadership, and field execution. Trade backgrounds are strongly encouraged. Carpenters, foremen, assistant superintendents, and superintendents looking for a long-term opportunity with an owner/operator organization are encouraged to apply.
