**Licenses and Certification:** - Current Illinois Registered Nurse license - Current CPR/BLS Card - ACLS **Skills and Qualifications:** - Ability to assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. - Proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. - Skill in providing explanations and instructions to patients/responsible persons. - Ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. - Skill in managing conflict using professional communication skills to contribute to a healthy workplace environment. - Commitment to participate in continuing education. - Ability to maintain complete and accurate medical records.
