Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting and therapeutic rapport with patients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be patients seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You will work particularly with couples and families, facilitating workshops or group sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong grounding in mental health principles and an understanding of therapeutic modalities appropriate for varied client demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in addiction counseling or a background in handling substance abuse issues is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
