In the role of Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), you will assist Patient Care Director with facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations of our 12-bed Medical-Surgical ICU and 25-bed Medical Stepdown Unit. You will also collaborate with leaders at all levels to establish short-term and long-term enterprise goals. This is a full-time night shift leadership position working 10pm to 8am (4 shifts/week) at New York-Presbyterian, Allen Hospital. Preferred Criteria: Experience caring for critically-ill adults Clinical certification Master’s degree in nursing Required Criteria: At least two years of acute care RN experience Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Current New York State RN license BCLS certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
