Human Resources Specialist

An international food company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English HR/Administrative Specialist to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for performing general accounting functions, including accounts receivable management and administering human resources and payroll functions. A bachelor’s degree, the ability to speak, read and write Japanese, 5 to 6 years of administrative experience (including some accounting or HR), and basic PC skills are required. This is a full-time, in-person, position with bonus, excellent benefits and 401k. -Support for general accounting functions, and use of sales management/accounting systems. -Handle human resources and payroll functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. -Prepare, organize, maintain, and archive important corporate documents and records. -Support matters related to contracts, corporate registrations, regulatory filings, and legal proceedings. -Manage and coordinate company assets, facilities, and office operations. -Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese -Must have a bachelor's degree -Must have at least 5-6 years of experience at administrative job including some accounting and/or HR -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ #J-18808-Ljbffr
