Primary (Must-Have): Full-cycle corporate/technical recruiting and sourcing 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience High-volume exempt and non-exempt recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain recruiting Recruitment strategy and proactive sourcing Experience managing MSPs, staffing agencies, and external vendors Talent market analysis and recruitment metrics/KPIs Secondary (Good to Have): Mid-to-senior level recruiting experience Experience in highly matrixed organizations Talent Acquisition project leadership Experience mentoring recruiters Knowledge of employment/hiring legal practicesPOSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Recruiter manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for permanent exempt and non-exempt positions within the Operations department, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager/Director. The role solves critical talent shortages for the client by partnering with hiring managers to develop proactive sourcing strategies, analyze labor market data, and manage external staffing vendors to deliver high-quality hires against strict KPIs.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and high-volume non-exempt positions across Operations while partnering with hiring managers and HR throughout the interview and offer process. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through networking, cold calling, social media, and talent pipelines. Provide front-line Talent Acquisition leadership, mentor recruiters, and support continuous improvement or small TA projects. Manage external recruiting vendors, including MSPs, staffing agencies, and executive search firms. Analyze labor market data, industry trends, and recruitment metrics to generate reports and presentations for Operations leadership. AI can make mistakes, so double-check responses.
