Titan CEO is on the hunt for an exceptional Event Manager to help us run the show behind the scenes of one of the country’s most prestigious executive recognition programs: Titan 100. You’ll be the right-hand to our Program Director(s), helping bring the magic to life across multiple markets — from curating high-energy events to cultivating community with some of the top CEOs and C-level execs in the nation. We’re talking: Orchestrating award shows that wow Building deep relationships with powerhouse leaders Driving nominations and celebrating bold success stories Managing vendors like a pro (and making some killer trades!) A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Passion for working with the CEO, C‑level executive community. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or events, or a similar role. Strong aptitude for learning and desire to grow. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Must communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing Excellent command of written English and strong degree of attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organization, time management, and project management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Desire to showcase exceptional customer service skills. Compensation: Our total compensation range for this role is $60,000–$80,000/year (including base salary AND performance‑based components, such as commission).
