Your experience in cost‑control studies, workflow optimization, and facility design makes this role a perfect platform to influence large‑scale production excellence.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field, with multiple years of professional experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Capable of leading improvement / optimization projectsExperience with statistical analysis and data analyticsFamiliarity with SAP or a related manufacturing systemDesired SkillsResource planning experienceTableau experienceAerospace or Fabrication Shop ExperienceStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsSQL ExperienceExperience with statistical analysis, data analysis, and/or database operations Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Management Operating SystemsKnowledge- Possesses comprehensive understanding and applies concepts within the field and related disciplines.
