Summary

CVICU RN opportunity in Ocala providing specialized cardiovascular critical care for high-acuity patients, including ventilator management, cardiac drips, and post-cardiac surgery recovery. The role focuses on intensive monitoring, advanced nursing interventions, and collaboration with multidisciplinary critical care teams.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license
• Minimum:
• • 1+ year recent ICU experience OR
  • 2+ years PCU experience considered
• Current BLS certification (within 30 days)
• ACLS certification required within 90 days

Preferred Skills

• Ventilator management
• Critical care drips/vasoactive medications
• Post-cardiac surgery care
• Strong ICU assessment and critical thinking skills

Shift

• Full-time night shift
• Rotating weekends required

Pay & Benefits

• $32 – $48/hr
• Night differential: +$4.25/hr
• Sign-on bonus: Case-by-case
