Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)
Looking for a flexible, performance-driven opportunity where you can build income based on your effort, not a fixed salary?
We are an independent agency specializing in life, health, and wealth solutions, currently seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to work independently while leveraging a lead-based system with no cold calling required .
What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about coverage
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain relationships
- Manage your own schedule and pipeline

Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Commission-based (no base salary)
- Average starting commission: ~$500 per issued policy
- Part-time: ~$35K–$75K+
- Full-time: $100K+ potential (performance-based)
- Bonuses and incentives available
- No income caps
