In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, hours vary between 7am-7pm; Sunday - Friday Location: This position requires to work at Fulton St (Lower Manhattan), Flatbush (Brooklyn), Forest Hills and Ridgewood (Queens) Compensation: $19-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin or Korean Required Paid Training (2-4 weeks) Key Responsibilities: Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast‑paced clinical environment Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, required 1-2 years of hands‑on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment, required Benefits: Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Paid Time Off (Vacation/Sick Days) Paid Training (2-4 weeks) #J-18808-Ljbffr
