Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working closely with Customer Program Management and Operations to support the daily workflow of our large clients. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manually enter data from Customer System into TRG's System.
• Work closely with client team to ensure accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Manually enter daily tickets into the system.
• Verify that all daily orders have been entered, charged, and completed correctly.
• Analyze data to track weekly orders and deliverables.
• Transfer information into Excel and import data into system.
• Create and update customer information to reflect updates to master list.
• Investigate incoming shipments that do not have assigned information and create tickets to complete.
• Manually enter components that need to be deactivated.
• System maintenance, analysis and corrections.
• Answer incoming customer call and emails.
• Manually crate return labels.
• Assist the warehouse team with any corrections; ex: SKU update.
• Scan and replace equipment for activations.
• Track inventory based on stock and obsolete equipment.
• Help create SOPs for processes associated with customer account.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
