Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge document intelligence platform and the enterprise customers who depend on it. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at a fast-growing YC-backed startup where you\'ll be the go-to technical expert in the sales process — working alongside AEs to drive deals forward and ensure customers succeed in production. What will you be doing? Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, owning all technical discovery, demos, and evaluations Deploy and configure the company\'sextraction pipelines within customer environments, supporting pilots and production rollouts Diagnose and resolve accuracy, latency, and infrastructure issues across distributed systems for enterprise customers Build internal tools and customer-facing utilities in Python to support integrations and downstream workflows Collaborate with the company\'s ML, platform, and product teams to surface customer feedback and improve the platform Key Requirements 3+ years in a pre-sales customer facing technical role (pre-sales Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, etc.) at a technical B2B company Strong familiarity with sales processes (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message) — you understand how deals get done Hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, and production infrastructure (Kubernetes a strong plus) Proficiency in Python for tooling, automation, and backend integrations Must be customer-facing — pure software engineering backgrounds without client-facing experience will not be considered Tech stack: Python, Kubernetes, APIs, Distributed Systems, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Helm, Terraform #J-18808-Ljbffr RST Recruitment
