What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments and scopes including drills, DaVinci tools, and other specialized equipment
• Assemble instruments across all service lines (Trauma, Loaners, Peel Packaging)
• Manage sterilization processes utilizing sterilization (sterrad and steam) equipment
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
• Maintain sterile storage areas and inventory tracking systems (Censitrac)
• Support OR staff as a liaison for sterile processing needs
• Participate in facility-specific protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance

What You Need

• Valid certification in sterile processing (CBSPD or CRCST)
• Prior experience with decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly in a busy hospital setting
• Knowledge of HLD/Scope processing and Censitrac or similar tracking systems

• Experience working in trauma or Level One trauma centers
• Flexibility to float within different hospital areas as needed
