Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher; or completion of ParaPro Testing Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred Ability to work cooperatively with classroom teacher(s) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Track record of professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace. Status: 32.5 Hours Weekly Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with the Gloucester Public Schools ESP salary schedule.
