Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN – Senior Living Community Schedule: 10am to 6pm. Role Overview The LPN will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our senior residents. Responsibilities Engage in attentive monitoring of patients throughout their treatment, creating a reassuring atmosphere within the community. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs with a gentle touch, prioritizing their comfort and well-being. Support patients in adhering to their medication regimen, fostering trust and reliability. Collaborate with other members of the medical team, contributing to a harmonious and effective healthcare environment. Foster strong connections with patients' families, serving as a liaison to ensure open communication and a supportive network. Qualifications Current unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.
