Lawn Care - Team Lead and Crew

Job Description
We are a local lawn care company looking for motivated, hard working people to join our lawn care team. Our company focuses on three areas of the industry - 1. mowing 2. bed mulch and maintenance 3. lawn fertilizer, weed control and seed applications.
We recognize the importance of character and work ethic in the hiring and team-building process. If you are reliable, honest, and can hustle we can teach you the job. The work is outdoors and physical so be ready for that and bring a positive team attitude.
Crew Leads - bring a clean driving record and ability to drive a truck and trailer start at $22+/hr, and quickly advance to $25+ with proven leadership and mastery of our services and procedures. This is a 40-45 hour/week position, with paid overtime and weekends off.
Mow Crew - experience with mowers, trimmers and blowers start at $21/hr and can grow and advance into a Crew Lead role. with proven production and excellent results.

Work starts at 7:30am Monday-Friday. 40-45 hours per week. Fulltime + overtime. Lots of benefits and promotion available.
