Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable roofing subcontractor crews to join our team. The ideal crew will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a subcontractor crew, you will be responsible for the installation of roofing systems on residential and potentially commercial properties. Responsibilities Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current OSHA regulations and safety guidelines. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite. Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance. Must Have Certificate of Insurance Must own a truck and all necessary tools and equipment for roofing installations. Must comply with current OSHA regulations. Ability to operate within the service area a Large territory surrounding Altoona. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: 90% (Preferred) Experience Roofing Management: 3 years (Preferred) Construction: 4 years (Required) Work Location & Schedule Work Location: On the road / In person Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift, 8 hour shift Weekends as needed – Saturdays Mandatory Benefits Competitive pay based on project scope and crew experience.
