Batch Plant OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Batch Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the batch plant equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the batch plant equipment to ensure the production of high-quality concrete productsMonitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate records of production and inventory levelsCommunicate effectively with team members and managementRequirements:At least 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining batch plant equipment requiredMust be proficient with basic math, including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measureExperience with Command Alkon highly preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlinesAbility to read and comprehend instructionsAbility to communicate effectively on radio/phone systemAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as neededAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
