• Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the reception area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordinate communication between clients and treatment staff effectively.
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area to enhance client comfort.
• Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
