Leasing Agent for a family oriented company in Clifton Park, NY! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18-19 / hour Benefits for the Leasing Agent (if hired on by the client company): Long term growth opportunities Medical Insurance offered Vacation time Tasks for the Leasing Agent: Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the features and amenities of each property. Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about our properties and available units. Conduct thorough screenings of prospective residents, including background checks and credit evaluations. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections and ensuring a smooth transition for residents. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including applicant information, lease agreements, and rental payments. Collaborate with property management team to address resident concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction. Qualifications for the Leasing Agent: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
