Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 8+ staff members
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Manage store operations, including inventory and expense control
Build lasting relationships with customers

Qualifications

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Ability to train and guide staff in Kincaid's standards
Experience with POS and inventory control systems is a plus
