About the Role The Student Intern position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop professional skills within a dynamic work environment. The intern will contribute to ongoing projects by supporting various teams, assisting with research, and performing administrative tasks that enhance operational efficiency. This role is designed to provide hands‑on learning, allowing the intern to apply academic knowledge to real‑world challenges while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily business functions and will be encouraged to take initiative and propose innovative ideas. Ultimately, this internship aims to prepare the student for future career success by fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills. Minimum Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Proof of residency in Saint Louis city or Wellston. Household income requirements must be met. Responsibilities Assist team members with research, data collection, and analysis to support project objectives. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed to communicate findings and progress. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and organizing materials. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gain exposure to different aspects of the organization. Skills The required skills such as communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for preparing reports, creating presentations, and effectively collaborating with team members. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills enable the intern to engage productively with colleagues and contribute to group projects.
