Take ownership of ecommerce performance and CRO for emerging direct-to-consumer brands. Establish scalable experimentation processes using AI-powered workflows. Work cross-functionally to turn customer insights into measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a CRO testing program for lower-traffic brands. Create and optimize landing pages from brief to launch with AI assistance. Analyze user behavior and develop hypotheses to reduce friction and drive conversions. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in CRO or ecommerce at a DTC company. Proficiency with Shopify, analytics platforms, and experimentation tools. Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills. Base salary of $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus. Comprehensive health coverage and generous PTO.
