Job Description
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Lead process optimization and cost reduction projects
- Analyze production data and KPI trends
- Support automation and capital equipment initiatives
- Troubleshoot production challenges
- Partner with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
- Improve throughput and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Process Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
