Job Description

The Production Associate supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment by assembling motor sub-components, performing inspections and quality checks, and preparing parts for shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with hand and power tools, and the ability to follow detailed written instructions while working as part of a collaborative production team.

will be working in different cells along other depending on the task , will be required to move from area to area. Must be comfortable being trained and performing various tasks.

Duties can include: assembly of sub components of motors, packing parts for shipping, picking items for production, completing quality checks, and cleaning arrive metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shipping.

Shift time is 7am-3:30pm. OT is available (6am-4:30pm) and on Saturdays (8 hours, if they are working). OT is optional. If you sign up for overtime, you must work full shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Round Lake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Round Lake,IL.
