We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual with a positive attitude interested in developing a career in Auto Sales. No previous experience required. What We Offer: • High Employee Retention • Full Benefits • Paid Vacation • Training • Excellent Culture • Employee Discounts on Products and Service • Career Growth and Advancement Responsibilities: • Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership. • Input customer's information into our CRM tool. • Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties • Answer customer questions about the vehicle and features • Report to sales manager • Accompany customer on a demo drive after acquiring their valid driver’s license and any other required document • Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in value for customer's vehicle • Coordinate with the finance department on purchasing options • Provide a thorough vehicle delivery • Follow-up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle Benefits: • Monthly, weekly, yearly dealership and manufacturer bonus programs to qualified staff • Full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.
