What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to our company. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team to take it home. You'll also own the long-term follow-up on existing leads, staying organized, staying consistent, and making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

This is a high-volume phone role. You'll be making and receiving a lot of calls every day, so comfort and confidence on the phone are a must.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound leads quickly and warmly
• Qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments for our closing team
• Following up with leads in our pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule
• Celebrating wins with a team that genuinely has your back
• Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
• Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills

Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 About Smooth Closing
