Overview We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support end users with technology solutions that improve efficiency and business processes. This is a long-term contract role based in Jackson, MS with a hybrid schedule. Details Terms: Long-term contract (up to 32 hours per week, sometimes less), W2 only (no third party candidates please) Location: Hybrid role based in Jackson, MS (onsite and remote mix). Other: Background check and drug screen required. What You'll Do Work directly with staff to understand technology needs and align them with available tools. Gather and document business requirements. Develop workflows to improve the use of technology across teams. Conduct staff training on technology tools and software. Provide end-user assistance with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and related applications. Required Skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical processes into business practices. Preferred Skills Experience gathering business requirements.
