Senior Building Maintenance Worker-Warehouse

Under the general supervision of the Trades and Projects Coordinator, the Senior Building Maintenance Worker-Warehouse, will perform various routine semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance tasks in residence halls, dining halls, apartment complexes, administrative offices, and other related facilities. The incumbent will be responsible for all shipping and receiving processed at the Facilities off-campus warehouse, maintain warehouse inventory and transport warehouse items to and from the warehouse and various campus/off-campus locations. The incumbent will also assist the Skilled Crafts Workers in performing complex repairs and remodeling projects. The Senior Building Maintenance Worker - Warehouse must interact effectively on a daily basis with other Facilities staff, Dining staff, student staff, and residential customers.
