Schedule

This is a day shift position, scheduled from 08:00 to 16:00, with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Weekend hours are negotiable.

Job Description

This position involves providing specialized rehabilitation care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic issues. The focus is on delivering customized, intense rehabilitation programs that maximize health, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' functional abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A valid Occupational Therapist license is required. Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
