Legal Assistant Paralegal

We're Hiring: Part-Time Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Mostly Remote) I'm excited to share that Harmony Law is hiring a Legal Assistant/Paralegal as the firm continues to grow. We're a modern Ohio law firm focused on Estate Planning and Criminal Defense , and we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help build efficient systems while providing outstanding service to our clients. This position will begin part-time (15–30 hours per week) and, after an initial onboarding period, will be mostly remote , with occasional meetings at our office in Old Hilliard. Preparing routine court filings and legal documents Filing documents with courts Client onboarding and communication Tracking deadlines and organizing case files Managing administrative workflows Formatting legal blog articles and website content Helping implement AI and technology to improve efficiency Assisting with a variety of projects as the firm grows Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable learning new software and technology Interested in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity Able to work independently with minimal supervision Looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing law firm We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, enjoys learning, embraces technology, and wants to play an important role in a growing law firm.
